Site Rules
ANYONE NOT
ABIDING TO THESE RULES WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE
 | Check out time 11:00 AM: Anyone who has not paid and wishes to stay
another night, please pay by 10:00am. Anyone leaving the premises after 11:00
Noon will be charged for another day whether they stay or not. |
| Quiet Hours: 9pm until 8am, ENFORCED. Anyone with a problem day or
night report it to the management either at the office or Call 919-963-3596.

| Campfires: Absolutely NO wood burning fires permitted out of fire
ring or appropriate grill! You must use
a Coleman stove or charcoal grill "only." |
| Pets: Pet must be kept on leashes and cleaned up after. Only seeing
eye dogs are permitted in the buildings. Pets should NOT be left alone to
disturb other campers. Visitors of registered
campers are not allowed to bring pets into the campground. Only 2 dogs per
site are allowed without prior approval. Pets must be on a leash at all times
and may not be left unattended in your RV, on your site, or in any vehicle, as
to disturb others while you are away. If they are constant barkers, please
leave them at home. Please use
non-campsite areas, preferably perimeter area away from campsites, when
walking your pet. Please be a responsible pet owner and pick up after them.
Owners who have pets displaying any
form of aggressive behavior will be asked to remove the pet immediately from
the resort.

| Trash: Please help us
by putting bagged trash by road as you are leaving or in trash receptacles in
back of office building.
PLEASE, if you smoke, do not throw cigarette butts on the ground. |
| Speed Limit: The speed limit inside the campground is 5 MPH,
STRICTLY ENFORCED. Please drive safely, young children may be on the roads.

| Protect our Tree's: Please protect our tree's. DO NOT hang, nail,
tie rope, or harm our tree's. |
| Wildlife Restrictions: Absolutely NO FEEDING of the birds on the
premises. The birds will make a mess on the tents, RV's, and vehicles. |
| Washing Vehicles: Washing of cars, campers, or equipment is not
permitted on site. |
| Visitors: All visitors must check in at the office on arrival and
should not use the facilities without paying first. Management reserves the
right to limit the number of visitors per site.
Campers are responsible for their guests. They must be registered at the
office prior to entering the campground. |
| Refunds: 24 hours cancellation or change of date notice required for
reservation refunds. Absolutely no refunds within 24 hours of arrival, rain
checks only!!! |
| No Sidewalk Chalk: Use of sidewalk chalk is not permitted. |
| Fireworks & Firearms: No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the
premises. |
| Conserve Water: In order to keep lot rental prices down, please
conserve water. Kiddie Pools are not permitted. |
| Ground Covers: No carpets on the ground, it kills the grass.
Carpets on the concrete site pads are allowed as long as they do not cover the
ground or grass. |
| R.V. OPERATORS: ALL GREY AND BLACK
WATER is to be dumped into dumping stations. Dumping on the ground is a strict
violation of State and Federal laws. |
| ALCOHOL AND DRUGS: If you must consume
an alcoholic beverage, it has to be done AT YOUR CAMPSITE. The USE OF DRUGS,
DRUNKENNESS, DISORDERLY CONDUCT or OBSCENE LANGUAGE will not be tolerated and
are grounds for IMMEDIATE EVICTION. Anyone found, in the opinion of our staff,
to be drinking in excess or found with alcohol anywhere in the campground
except their campsite, will immediately be removed from the campground with a
police escort! NO EXCEPTIONS! |
| PLAYGROUND: The playground is open from
10:00AM until DUSK. No rough playing, shoving, pushing, throwing sand or
climbing on the OUTSIDE of structures.
ALL RULES SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT
PRIOR NOTICE.
Four Oaks Lodging & RV Resort is not responsible for any theft, loss by fire
or accident. Any personal property, whether on your site or within the park,
are stored at your own risk. Use of any of the facilities is strictly at your
own risk. Parents will be held responsible and pay for any damages to
property, facilities etc. caused by themselves or their children.
